The wake of pandemic and its consequences have rose so many questions related to our immunity system. Now a days people are more concern about how and what steps they should take which could help them in increasing their immunity. Doctors or healthcare experts have advised and suggested various methods and steps which could be taken to improve our immune system. In contrast to what could be done to save oneself from the deadly and highly vulnerable disease Covid 19 are:-
• A healthy diet is the foremost requirement;
• Followed by proper sleep
• Exposure to the early morning sunlight;
• Reducing unwanted stress;
• Regular and persistent involvement of exercise.
The covid 19 pandemic has raised wide spread panic and concerns which have led in changing the lifestyle of people and forced them to think about their health first. The fact that comes into one’s mind is what to be done in order to improve the immune system and how can it be improved.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED “IMMUNITY”
The immune system identifies and attacks a variety of threats, including viruses, bacteria, toxin chemicals and parasites, while distinguishing them from the body’s own healthy tissues. The whole defence system of the human body is made up of entire organs and vessels some of them are lymph vessels, but also individual cells and proteins plays an important role.
Children and Immunity;
In the time of pandemic we are more concerned about the health of our family members and on top of it we are much more concerned about our children and how can we protect them from Covid-19.
Children produces their own antibodies every time when they are exposed to a virus or germ, but it takes time for this immunity to fully develop. At the age of 7-8 the immunity system develops completely in children. The passive immunity which is passed on from mother at the time of birth doesn’t last long and starts to decrease within first few weeks and months after the birth. Now the question that arises is how to boost the immunity in children.

Firstly, take care of their eating, drinking and sleeping habits. The second thing which comes in our mind is what type of stuff will help them to get a better immunity system.
• Yogurt.
• Nuts and dry fruits
• Fruits and veggies.
• Lean meats.
• Boost sleep time.
• Breast-feed your baby.
• Exercise as a family.
• Guard against germ spread.

CONCLUSION
In the time of pandemic when everywhere the situation is of panic. When everyone is in their house trying to be positive to fight covid-19, whether we like it or not we cannot neglect our health. All of these sudden changes have made health the topmost priority for all specially for our young future because they need special attention in the time of misery.
